We are looking for participants for our Diabetes Education program.  We have undergone in-depth training and become certified to help people with Diabetes Type 2 to gain a better understanding of the disease and learn what they can do to take control of their health.  Spots are limited and eligible participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

This program includes a one-on-one session specific to you, to discuss your metrics, your concerns, your goals, etc., so it is tailored to you and your situation.  Following that, you will participate in small group classes in a supportive and informative setting where topics such as these and others are discussed:

• Better understanding the disease and the medications used to combat it
• Defining and working towards achievable goals which make a difference in your health and wellness and in preventing long-term complications caused by diabetes
• What are best practices
• How to overcome challenges and solve problems with managing diabetes on a daily basis
• Your specific questions and concerns

It IS POSSIBLE to take control of Type 2 Diabetes and not let it overcome your body and your life.
