Questions about vaccines? Call us at 501-708-4320

If no appointment times show up after you have pressed one of the buttons below, it means that the appointments for that type of vaccine have all been booked up.  We open appointments as we receive shipments of vaccines.

Depending on your insurance, there may be an out-of-pocket cost.  This will be discussed at your appointment before the vaccine is administered.

COVID-19 Vaccines

** We are not currently expecting doses of Moderna in the near future, but will open the Moderna calendar and update this page should we receive any.**

Appointment times are opened only when we have the doses on hand.  Please click on a Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech button below, depending on the age of the person getting the vaccine.

We are accepting uninsured and under-insured individuals for the COVID-19 vaccine, as follows:
  • Children who are under 18 years of age and who are on Medicaid or under-insured (whose insurance charges a copay for the COVID-19 vaccine) may be eligible for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program, federally-funded program.  Please call us to book (501) 708-4320.

  • Adults 18 and older who are uninsured or under-insured (whose insurance charges a copay for the COVID-19 vaccine) can apply for the Bridge Access Program, which is administered by the CDC.  Please register for it at www.covidaccess.com, where you will be issued a voucher.  Bring that voucher with you to your appointment.
Moderna 12+ (Spikevax) Pfizer-BioNTech 12+ (Comirnaty) Pfizer-BioNTech 5 to 11 years old

If you are interested in information about the seasonal flu vaccine, here is a link to the CDC page on this topic:  https://www.cdc.gov/flu/prevent/flushot.htm

Shingles, Pneumonia, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Hepatitis, etc.

To receive one of these other vaccines from us (not the flu vaccine), please click on one of the links below to make an appointment:

Travel vaccines

We also give travel vaccines. Drop by or give us a call to arrange.  If you would like to get a COVID-19 vaccine and another vaccine (for example, a COVID and a flu vaccine), please make an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine and let us know about the other vaccine when you check in.
