Cognitive Impairment Screening

Cognivue

Do you wonder if your occasional forgetfulness is normal?

Or have you noticed cognitive changes after starting a new medication or supplement?

Do you worry about getting dementia?  Or maybe you seem to have brain fog sometimes?

Consider screening for cognitive impairment and take control of your brain health.

We now offer the first FDA-cleared digital cognitive screening device, Cognivue.  This test is designed to screen for possible signs of impairment in your brain function.

Your 30-minute consultation includes:

  • self-guided screening exam with handout of detailed results
  • a pharmacist will review and interpret your results with you
  • a plan for addressing identified risk factors and lifestyle modifications to maintain brain health
  • medication and lifestyle review with a pharmacist to assess risk factors

This assessment, which does not diagnose, helps screen for possible signs of impairment and the first assessment also establishes a baseline for your brain function.  It's a preliminary check to see if further assessment is needed.  Cognivue evaluates perceptual and memory function.

The cost is $50, payable upon booking.  We are unable to bill insurance for this assessment, but we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance or health plan spending account.  Please note that no-shows will not be refunded.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please do so at least a day before your appointment as this helps with our staffing.  You can call us at 501-708-4320.  Cancellations are refunded minus a $5 administration fee.
